To participate in an auction remotely or on-site at the auction, register using KF Bidding app. The “Register to Bid” will only be active when you have read and agreed to the Conditions of Sale/HDB Standard Terms for the property.

Registration to bid remotely online
Requirement for all properties except HDB Resale Flats:
- be at least 21 years old at the time of registration;
- be a Singpass account holder;
- submit NRIC/FIN image;
- agree to the Conditions of Sale for the property;
- agree to the Bidding Terms and Conditions; and
- pay a registration deposit to be held until after the auction.
Requirement for HDB Resale Flats:
- be at least 21 years old at the time of registration;
- be a Singpass account holder;
- submit NRIC/FIN image;
- submit HDB Flat Eligibility (HFE) letter;
- agree to the Conditions of Sale for the property;
- agree to the Bidding Terms and Conditions; and
- pay a registration deposit to be held until after the auction.
Registration to bid on-site at the auction hall
The requirements above apply except that there is no need for payment of regsitration deposit.
Additional requirements may apply based on bidder and/or buyer profiles. Our salesperson will advise on such requirements.
