How does the hybrid auction work?The live auction is streamed to mobile phones as it takes place at the auction hall. App bidders can see and hear the auctioneer presented on the mobile screen with live bids displayed in real-time. As the highest bid displays on mobile screens and auction hall at the same time, all bidders can compete fairly with equal chance to offer the best price.
How do I register for bidding?Tap on the “Register to Bid” button placed on every auction property tile. The button will only be active after you have reviewed the “Conditions of Sale” and indicated your agreement. You will also be prompted to review the Bidding Terms and Conditions in the process.

Can I register without a Singpass account?You must have a Singpass account to register. If you do not have one, create a Singpass account or register to join the on-site auction at Menu > Register for On-site Auction.
I will be away from Singapore. Can I bid?You can bid from anywhere with the App. However, you must grant Power of Attorney to someone who will be present in Singapore on that day to sign the Sale and Purchase Agreement on your behalf if you are the Successful Bidder.
I have a joint buyer, do we both register?Only one bidder should register to bid, although all joint buyers’ details must be provided during registration.
Can I register for more than one property?You can register for any number of properties. You must agree to the Conditions of Sale and pay the registration deposit for each property.
Who can bid on the App?Only users who have signed up to use the App can register to bid. Additionally, sign up to create a KF Bidding account satisfactorily complete the registration process and pay the registration deposit be at least 21 years old as at the date of registration.

How much is the registration deposit?Registration deposit varies with each property, and is determined by the auctioneer with the exception of properties under Sheriff Sale. The deposit for Sheriff Sale properties is fixed at SGD50,000.

How do I pay the registration deposit?During registration, a unique account number specific to the property will be assigned to you. Payment details will be sent to your email address registered to the App. Registration deposit payment must be made from a current or savings account.

When will the registration deposit be refunded?Registration deposit will be refunded within three (3) business days after the auction. The refund will be sent back via the original payment method.

When can I join the auction?The Join Auction button will be activated 15 minutes before the auction start time. See Bidding Guide (link to bidding guide tab).

When can I start bidding for my property?Bidding starts when the auctioneer announces the Opening Price for the property. A “Place Opening Bid” button will be displayed to enable bidders to place the first bid at the opening price. See Bidding Guide (link to bidding guide tab).

How do I submit a bid on the App? After the opening bid, a keypad will be displayed for ease of bid input. See Bidding Guide (link to bidding guide tab).

Can I decline the purchase when I am the Successful Bidder?Your bid is a binding offer that is accepted when the auctioneer knocked down. You must complete the purchase in accordance to the Bidding Terms and Conditions.

Can I make an offer for a withdrawn property?Contact the salesperson for the property to make your offer.

What is the technical requirement to use KF Bidding App?KF Bidding app requires iOS 14.0 or later, or Android 12.1 (SDK 32) or higher.
