Craig Shute brings over 30 years of global leadership experience in real estate, having held senior roles across Australia, the US, Malaysia, and Hong Kong SAR. He joined Knight Frank in 2023 to lead the Greater China business, overseeing operations in Hong Kong, Kowloon, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Shanghai, and Beijing. In this role, he was responsible for driving growth and delivering the full suite of real estate services to both regional and international clients.
Craig now leads Knight Frank’s Asia-Pacific business, where he plays a key role in driving consistent growth across the region, shaping business strategy, strengthening client relationships, and recruiting senior leadership to support Knight Frank’s ambitions in one of the world’s most dynamic markets.
A strong advocate for cross-border collaboration, Craig is passionate about harnessing Knight Frank's global platform to deliver innovative and client-centric solutions. In his final year of university, he was awarded the Baillieu Knight Frank Scholarship — a full-circle moment that hinted at the journey to come.
