Background

ABCDE is an affiliated blockchain business that invests in Web3 builders and its growing ecosystem. A leading force in the blockchain industry, ABCDE sought to create an exceptional workplace that would nurture the innovative spirit of its agile and diverse workforce, and fuel business growth. The aim was to conceptualise and create a multi-functional space that could serve as an internal service hub and an incubation center, to foster collaboration, and reflect the company's brand identity and purpose.

Approach

Knight Frank Singapore’s Workplace Optimisation and Delivery team designed a workplace that would offer structure yet allow for flexibility to meet diverse needs, to galvanise teams and inspire creativity.

A canvas for collaboration

We envisioned an open plan office to encourage spontaneous interactions and free-flowing ideas, mimicking the ever-evolving Web3 space. The office then became a canvas for collaboration, where teams could connect, brainstorm, and drive innovation together.

Flexibility for growth

We designed adaptable workstations and multipurpose spaces that would accommodate a dynamic and fast-growing workforce and provide the flexibility for ABCDE to grow.

Nurturing innovation

We identified the visitor area and working cafe as key social hubs, meticulously crafting them to be versatile and inviting spaces. Apart from welcoming guests, these areas serve as creative meeting points for employees to exchange ideas, brainstorm concepts and build together.

Immersive branding

To amplify ABCDE's brand presence, we integrated the company's unique identity into the office design. The visitor engagement area became a captivating space, with featured lighting installations that symbolised Web3’s transformative power, leaving a lasting impression on visitors and reinforcing ABCDE's brand story.
