31 October marked the inaugural Asia-Pacific Residential Workshop with the focus on Collaboration as the central theme.  28 delegates from 11 countries across the globe attended the two-day event at The Park Royal Hotel in Singapore.

The interactive workshop allowed for the markets to engage in discussions on the current market environment and challenges, and to build on relationships and understand who to collaborate with in order to build a stronger residential business.

Despite the busy agenda and hard work involved, there was also time for fun and further collaboration.  The evening activity saw the first Knight Frank “Master Chef” where everyone had a chance to show off their culinary skills in a cooking class.  The delegates whipped up a three-course meal in groups and then enjoyed their fine cuisine together afterwards.

The workshop culminated with a tour of The Wallich Residences, a new development which the Singapore team is marketing.

Sarah Harding, Head of Residential Asia Pacific, highlights, “The team effort from everyone who attended was outstanding.  We have collaborated, debated and made great head way as we build the foundations of the new three-year Asia-Pacific Residential plan.”
