As part of our expansion plans, we are inviting committed and talented individuals to join us as:

Centre Managers

You will lead and motivate a team in providing management services to the owners, tenants and shoppers of the shopping malls.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Estate Management / Business or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience with at least 2 years in a managerial position
  • A mature team player with strong leadership and interpersonal skills 

Leasing Managers / Executives

You will be responsible for the leasing and marketing of the retail areas.  Reporting to the Centre Manager, you will assist him in effective lease administration and tenancy matters so as to maximize returns to the owners.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Estate Management or Diploma in Real Estate
  • Minimum 3 years’ (1 year for executives) leasing management experience preferably in the retail industry
  • An enthusiastic team player who possess excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills  

Advertising and Promotions managers / Executives

You will be responsible for planning, preparing and organizing promotional activities to increase shoppers’ profile for the shopping malls.

You will also handle the marketing and leasing of advertising and atrium space, as well as manage and maximize A&P budget to ensure that expenses are kept within the approved limit.

Requirements:

  • Degree / Diploma in Business Studies / Management / Marketing
  • At least 3 years’ (1 year for executives) working experience in planning and executing A&P events, preferably within a retail environment
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Creative and a strong team player with lots of initiative and drive  

Facility management / Operations executives

Reporting to the Facility Manager, you are responsible for handling facility management matters including building maintenance, services and improvement works.

Requirements:

  • Degree / Diploma in Building, Real Estate Management
  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in commercial property management
  • Customer oriented and good interpersonal skills 

Customer services executives

You are responsible to supervise and manage a team of customer service officers.

Requirements:

  • GCE ‘A’ level or Diploma in Business Studies
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in retail or service industry 

Technicians

You are responsible to assist in the daily maintenance of the building.

Requirements:

  • Possess Nitec/ Hi Nitec/ ITC/ NTC/ Citi Trade Certificate
  • Experience in building electrical and mechanical services
  • Experience in plumbing will be an advantage
  • Required to work shifts, weekends and on public holidays
  • Able to speak and write basic English
  • Only Singaporeans and PRs need apply
