Nicholas Holt has been appointed as Research Manager for Knight Frank Asia Pacific. From Knight Frank’s regional base in Singapore he will oversee Asia Pacific’s research operations to further grow and strengthen the research & consultancy business.
Nicholas brings a wealth of experience to this new regional role. He has extensive knowledge in property having previously worked at JLL in France prior to relocating to Vietnam and building Knight Frank's Research and Consulting business over the past 18 months.
With Knight Frank present in all the major markets across Asia Pacific, the strengthening of its research capabilities is an important step forward in continuing to meet clients' needs for insightful research and commentary on the diverse and rapidly developing region.
This expansion builds upon Knight Frank's UK reputation for cutting edge analysis, providing regional clients with new ways of accessing the research via social media, websites and apps. Clients, both within and external to Asia Pacific will benefit from data, analysis and forecasts, aiding their decision making process.
Nicholas’s role will be to develop new, interesting regional research topics, assist with the management of data collection and its interpretation, liaising with and briefing local and regional media and enhancing Knight Frank’s Research and Consultancy profile throughout Asia.
