Knight Frank is one of the few estate firms in Singapore experienced and qualified enough to successfully organise and auction an average of 180 properties a year, grossing a total of more than SGD $50 million.
 
Through up-to-date analysis of market conditions, we provide advice on sale prices and recommend the most appropriate time to place the property on sale. In this way, our clients are able to secure optimum market prices within a minimum time frame.

Properties sold by us range from residential properties like apartments and landed properties to commercial such as shophouses, strata offices/shops, factories and development sites. Our major clients include banks, financial institutions, government and statutory bodies, liquidators, public companies, trustees and individuals.
 
Besides holding monthly mortgagees’ and owners’ property auction sales, other major auctions that we are involved in include:

• Pawnshop auctions for unredeemed pledges under the official appointment of Registry of Pawnbrokers.
• Public auction of chattels for Singapore Police Force, Land Transport Authority, Singapore Civil Defence Force and other government agencies.
• Public auction sale of state land for URA and HDB in their pilot land auction programme.
• Public auction of leases for JTC, SLA, CIDB and PPD.
• Public auction of recreational club memberships such as SICC, Royal Yacht Club of Singapore and SRC for Bailiff of Singapore.
• First public auction of enbloc sale of Scotts Tower for all the strata owners collectively
