Despite hybrid working arrangements and economic fluidity in the market, commercial property experts in Malaysia remain positive about the demand for retail and office space there. They remain optimistic about the recovery and potential improvement of leasing activities, especially through ongoing tenant retention efforts such as flexible office leasing arrangements. Asset improvement projects emphasising adaptive reuse and reconfiguration of development could also improve cost efficiency.
